Exclusions

To keep the service simple, safe and cost-effective, the following are not covered under the fixed-price scheme:

Gas ovens, cookers or hobs (require Gas Safe certification)
Hobs (gas or electric)
Fridge/freezers and any appliance involving refrigerant systems
Complex electronic control board faults or repairs where parts costs are excessive

What if it can’t be repaired?

If an appliance is deemed beyond economic repair (BER) — meaning it would cost more to fix than it’s worth, or parts are no longer available — the £145 fee still applies, but you will receive £70 off the cost of a replacement appliance, fully supplied and fitted by us.
